Maulik Pancholy is an American actor, best known for his role as ‘Sanjay’ on Weeds, and as ‘Jonathan’ on 30 Rock. In between these two shows, Maulik plays a gay character on stage in ‘The Happy Sad’, a role he is getting the most attention for because he is nude! Pancholy is of Indian heritage. He went to the Yale School of Drama. His other television work includes guest roles on The Sopranos, Law & Order: Criminal Intent and The Comeback. He also has several stage acting credits in New York City. Join us as we explore yet another South Asian’s life in the colorful world of the arts.
