Special Offer from One Day University & NetIP

Are you familiar with “One Day University”?  They’re the group that lets adults “go back to college for a day” (don’t worry, no homework or exams!).

The  professors who will be teaching at the One Day University event in New York City on January 23rd are stars (see full list below).  Every school has one or maybe two professors that are wildly popular and students sometimes sleep outdoors the night before registration in order to get into their classes.  These are the professors who will be teaching at One Day University on January 23rd  at the Hilton Hotel in New York City.  The professors have received over 130 awards from the most prestigious institutions, including The Guggenheim Award, Hazeltine Award, MacArthur Foundation Award, Phi Beta Kappa Award, etc.  One Day University has worked with each professor, sifting through 15 or 20 hours of lectures, to get the most fascinating material that can be taught in 60 minutes.  At $249 this event is quite a bargain.  You get to choose the 5 classes that you want to take!  At the special registration price of $99 being offered for a limited time to members of the Network of Indian Professionals and their friends, it’s more than a bargain. It’s a one-time only learning opportunity you simply should not miss!

Call One Day University now at 800-219-1815 or visit www.onedayu.com to register online.  Be sure to use coupon code NET99 to pay just $99!  See you in class!

As Vice President of Technology for NetIP North America, Rohit leads a very talented Technology Team to manage the North America website and a membership management system that supports the North America Team, Annual Conference and NetIP’s 24 chapters. In 2009, Rohit has enacted several initiatives to better streamline NetIP’s technology processes , such as standardizing the technologies used to develop chapter websites .
“I’ve worked alongside some incredibly talented individuals on NA and the local chapters with NetIP who are leaders in their fields. Honestly, my proudest moment serving on the North America team came during the design of a new logo for NetIP North America and its chapters in 2008. It gave me a personal opportunity to creatively define what it means to be South Asian and the importance of NetIP to our community.”

Technology Chair, Tanmay Kumar

Tanmay Kumar has held leadership roles with NetIP for the past three years. In the last two years, he has played various roles on the NetSAP Boston board and was involved with the 2008 NetIP national conference as Website Director.
