Be ready for a conference like you’ve never seen before! We’re taking our most anticipated event of the year to the “Metronatural” city of Seattle: America’s best kept secret. With expansive blue skies and warm summer weather, the Emerald City will be a perfect backdrop for our action-packed weekend.

The 2010 conference agenda will boast a new type of “Interactive Skill Building Workshop”, top Keynote Speakers, Panel Discussions, Fun & Social Optional Events, and lots of time to network at our Friday night mixer or Saturday night Gala. We’re proud to announce that the conference is Green, utilizing modern social media technologies, and will have a focus on food!We hope you’ll join us in Seattle on August 20th. Although last year’s conference hosted over 1000 attendees, this conference is exclusive and limited to the first 500 that sign up (NetIP Members Only).

NetIP Seattle’s Diwali Celebration

NetIP Seattle hosted a very successful Diwali party this year at Navya Lounge, a large Indian restaurant, bar, and lounge in downtown Seattle.  The event drew nearly 200 attendees and included delicious food and entertainment that included a comedy show, belly and bollywood dancing.  The NetIP Seattle team utilized an impressive marketing strategy to promote the event and partnered with several other south asian organizations.

March Event of the Month: NetIP Seattle’s Holi – “Range Barse!”

NetIP Seattle’s first ever Holi event, held on March 14th, 2009, was selected

as NetIP’s March Event of the Month.  The festivities took place at

Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA.  The team was able to secure event

sponsorship with The Northwest chapter of  Ekal Vidyalaya to raise

awareness of the struggles facing impoverished villagers in remote

areas of India.

 

 

March 2009 Event of the Month – Holi, NetIP Seattle

 

Despite overcast conditions and light rain, over 200 people joined the festivities!

The music, chaat, colors, and water balloons fueled non-stop dancing and Holi

fun throughout the afternoon. The atmosphere was lively with Bollywood music

played by DJ Nihar Desai.
